Information about Returns and Complaints
You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without providing a reason, provided that the product is unused and in commercial condition.
To accept a return or complaint:
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must not show signs of use
• Proof of purchase must be provided

If you would like to exchange a product for another size or model, please contact us in advance. We will help you choose the correct size or available item.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer or via the original payment method, within the legally required period.
