According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return or exchange a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

    The product must be commercially
    No traces of use
    Be with the original packaging
    Be accompanied by a receipt or order document

The return can be made by courier company ECONT. The costs of return or replacement are at the expense of the customer, except in the case of an erroneous or defective product.
Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned product, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer or by cash on delivery within 14 days.
